This bowl is one of my absolute favorite breakfast staples ever. If I am not having my usual smoothie or green juice, you will find me making this. It is filling and packed full of nutritious ingredients. It is satisfying and will hold you over until your next meal.
Coconut yogurt bowl:
1.5 C of unsweetened coconut yogurt
1/4 C chopped raw walnuts or GF granola of choice ( I love the Purely Elizabeth brand)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tsp hemp seeds
1 C fresh berries of choice
Drizzle of honey
